Help me with a little debate. I want to cover all aspects of tipping. You see tip jars everywhere. I am a great tipper.
First off. Who do you tip or not tip?
Secondly, in the restaurant industry, would you be willing to pay more for a meal instead of a tip and long as owners are paying their employees a fair/livable wage?
Should tipping mandatory minimums be use in the restaurant industry?
Do you feel that owners should pay a better wage to their employees?
Would you like to see tipping done away with?
How do you think servers/wait staff would feel about better wages, but possibly fewer tips?
Lastly, I see nothing wrong with tipping. If they have done a great job. I'm going to acknowledge it in the form of a tip.
