Ubisoft is getting backlash over Anne Bonny in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Remake. They probably hired a consultant to adjust for modern audiences. Fans are angry because they say Ubisoft censored her look and only changed her clothes while leaving everyone else the same. @Lavader_ This is probably the future for Islam and Christianity. Christianity = Protestants Islam=Salafis Only the Book, no art, no music, no astethic. All the accommplishments that these two had will be wiped out in the future or reduced to irrelevancy

This is a big reason why many Third World Muslims establish their own parallel societies in the West instead of trying to integrate into the local environment. This all goes back to the 19th century with the rise of Salafism. It emerged as a reaction to what it perceived as a "corruption" of Islam and Islamic Society by many local practices and the ways younger Muslims were turning toward the West. So in order to fix this corruption, Islam had to be cleansed from any and all customs and practices deemed "foreign" in order to maintain the purity of the Religion. Cultural change for them is equal to wiping out the Religion. Which is why I have also seen some of these guys call Bosniaks and Albanians Kuffar because they wear Western Clothing and Suits. Again, this is a view mainly held by the Fundamentalists and Hardliners. And they have a really strong voice on the Internet.

@ManisonXqt @Lavader_ aside from the standardized liturgical language being arabic, everything culturally associated with islam is persian, art in mosques, calligraphy based on the avestan script, what the west considers "arab" in islam are generic old world things (patriarchy, modesty, beards, etc)

@Lavader_ It's interesting just how intertwined Islam is with the Arab race. They use 'Islam' the religion instead of 'Arab' the race to push their own homogeneity supremacy by having the failsafe fallback of it just being a religion and not a race. Reminds me of a certain group...
