Solo 38 personas cubrieron su plato. 67 personas vinieron, comieron, bebieron y se fueron dejando el sobre vacío o con una cantidad ridícula. He pagado más de 8.000€ de mi bolsillo para invitar a cenar a gente que, por lo visto, solo venía por el buffet libre. Se me cae la cara de vergüenza al pensar que mientras yo brindaba con ellos, me estaban dejando un agujero económico de 120€ por barba. Y eso sin sumar fotógrafo, flores o vestidos, que eso sabíamos que corría por nuestra cuenta La pregunta es clara: ¿Tengo que asumir que he perdido 8.000€ por "amistad" o tengo derecho a mandar un mensaje y pedir que, al menos, cubran lo que se han comido? Nota: Esta historia no es mía. Es un testimonio anónimo que me ha llegado de un recién casado que está a punto de mandar a la mierda a más de la mitad de su lista de invitados. Una noche de fiesta, años de deuda. ¿Qué opináis?

Per il diritto romano il calunniatore subiva una pena uguale a quella prevista per il reato del calunniato (io per buona misura la maggiorerei di una percentuale) In Italia la ragazza minorenne non è imputabile (mah) i genitori per danni civili. Se fosse stata maggiorenne per un reato grave come quello in specie i 2/6 anni di base per la calunnia vengono aumentati. Per me l’approccio del diritto romano aveva i suoi meriti, non so cosa l’ordinamento italiano ha voluto correggere (se qualcuno conosce la ratio sarebbe interessante scoprirla)

Quale sarebbe la giusta punizione per questa ragazza di 13 anni che ha tentato di rovinare la vita di un innocente ragazzo?

@Tuttoaposto Il caso non lo conosciamo, ma parlando in via generica: per le false denunce, di qualunque tipo, io darei la stessa pena rischiata dal denunciato. Così finiremo anche le denunce temerarie conto i giornalisti solo per vessarli
