Yesterday, Nikita announced that X now shows more posts to mutual followers, which has led to an increase in the unregretted time spent on the platform. What's your experience like? Have you noticed any improvements yet? As for me, I like to see posts from the people I follow. Many of them have been acquaintances and friends of mine on X for all the years I've been here, and my interactions with them have become personal and intimate.

I agree! I like to see more content from the people I follow. I follow them for a reason. Some I am friends with and some I follow because I only want to see their content, and some, like u Eva, are both ❤️ And yes, I have noticed I see more of the people I follow content vs some random people…

@EvaFox @nikitabier No, the idea is good, but the result is disastrous. Impressions are stalled—virtually invisible—and have been for several hours. Please revert to the previous version.

We're rolling out a small tweak to boost visibility of your posts to your mutuals (people who you follow back). We noticed this data was missing from the algo and it made your friends appear less in your replies. This resulted in the reply section feeling more like a battleground with people you don't recognize. This should also help clusters form around interests more easily, which many people have asked for.
