This sums up a lot. The women who posted these TikTok challenges wants to be here in Ireland forever, but not because it's truly home. Not because this island calls to them. Or because they like everything about it. They, by their own admission, don't care for or appreciate our culture,  traditions, or anything else about Ireland. These things are alien to them becausee they have zero roots here. Zero heritage. No ancestral ties that bind. They won't want to preserve any of the important things we do and so those things will vanish over time. Things that make Ireland unique. Things that make Ireland special. Things that make ireland Ireland. Indigenous people in Ireland, like any other indigenous peoples, don't want to see the essence and spirit  of their people and country disappear. This is natural. It is not racist. Loving and wanting to preserve your motherland and all that it ever has been is instinctual, understandable, and acceptable. That goes for Africans from Africa, Indians from India and so on and so forth. No one would tell anyone from those countries that it's not OK to cherish their homeland.
