@AjioCares there has been no pickup attempted for a return yet I continue to receive messages regarding pick up attempted. Don't you have any checks at your end?
@Airtel_Presence Even after so many follow ups the issue has gone from bad to worse. There is no sense of responsibility and at the end of the month will shamelessly turn up to ask for bill payment

@Airtel_Presence do you have a way through which I can raise a complaint for your pathetic network..was able to raise it once through app, engineer visited but no change in service. Unable to raise complaints through app, engineer does not pick up phone. Been more than a month
