@Hermesparcels I have had to break stay at home rules to search for the parcels your driver dumped a mile away from my house with no notification, I was in and waiting. He dumped 3 different households packages in the porch of an elderly woman. I believe your service is corrupt

@Hermesparcels I am at my wits end with you. Last week you lost my parcel and say it’s now untraceable but I can’t get compensation and today you leave my parcels at an unknown address when I was in and waiting and I have had no calling card. Your driver is useless and deceptive
