@maclavertyB Best bookshop in the world. They gave my then 10 yo his own pot of tea and biscuits in a window seat while I browsed to my heart's content.

I was parched and asked in Toppings, Leith Walk, if they had a coffee bar. No, but they served complimentary coffees. A glass of water too? So in a couple of minutes I was served this. Only then I said I was a writer. They produced ten of my books to sign. Now that’s a bookshop.
