And to speak on that, why do they say 1,000mg? That's just 1g, what's with all the bs?

@davidasinclair given all your research on nmn and nad, what is your take on these nmn supplements, like black forest, that are being marketed to us? They say things like 1000mg that the average person has no idea if it's a good amount or not or if they are being used properly.
