Timing on the airline is later and different to the one they sent on the email and the ticket number is the same. Return date is a day early when we supposed to return to Makkah for a day. No clarification at all.

@mShaikhAzmi @Motawif_SA Brother, I received same email. No change on the website, received new email with booking details, same as before! When I check with Saudi Airlines directly it shows different flight details, I dont know what to do, which one to follow!

@MoHU_En We are in booking failed state since 17th. We were due to fly out yesterday as per selected package but did not get visa or ticket. Told to wait 48hrs multiple times without any positive results. 2022061088312

@isu112 @MoHU_En @Motawif_SA I am in exactly same situation. They give you no update or false targets so we stop calling them.

@MoHU_En Alhamdulillah we have been waiting since the 17th June on the first day packages came out we payed full amount to @Motawif_SA and our package still showing help, they have not helped at all, in fact they have made things worse by making us wait and wait

@hsharifain We were supposed to fly out yesterday and till now no update. We are in total limbo. Appreciate that the ministry has stepped in and insha'Allah we will see some positive results.

@Motawif_SA Informed hours before departure 'FLight not confirmed' and told we'll be updated VERY SHORTLY. 24hrs VERY SHORTLY later we are told to wait another 48hrs in addition to two sets of 72hrs and one 48hrs broken promise. Further 24hrs has elapsed since. Day 13 still waiting..........
