Grace is God's influence to obey his commandments. The grace of God makes Paul labor in 1 Corinthians 15:10. You CAN reject God's grace by sinning willfully and ignoring the conviction he puts upon your heart (Hebrews 10:26-29).

Titus 2:11-12 says the grace of God appears to all men, so if it was impossible to lose/reject God's grace you would see that every man is saved, but this obviously isn't the case. You can deny God with your works (Titus 1:16).

The law of sin and death is different from the law of liberty mentioned in James 2:10-12. The 10 commandments are necessary to enter into life (Matthew 19:16-19). This means you must still keep the Sabbath on Saturdays.
