@ZahiraJaser I was going for "authenticity is socially constructed" here. The recent work by @NikSteffens et al. in #LQ (2016, 2021 - both with studies in the pol context) may serve your argument that authenticity / auth lead lies in the eye of the beholder.

@m_fladerer The Lehman paper is faaar too long and academic, and doesn't speak about authntic leadership. I have them read the Greenber et al. 2005, and the Nyberg & Sveninsson 2014 - the latter shows the limit of the first reading.

I am looking for a class activity that shows the floors of Authentic Leadership theory. I would like the students to realise that authenticity is socially constructed by leaders & followers. I was thinking to show videos and have students discussing them. Or a case study. Ideas?

@Drfosbrink You don't! Well, I don't anymore. It was just too frustrating. I switched to an open-format submission. I suggest/recommend APA but stopped making it a requirement. Criteria are consistency and readability.

Like everyone else, my inbox is perpetually bombarded with invitations to review/write/edit for weird and wonderful journals. But this one really stood out for me. Presumably the trigger word here is "vision". A new career beckons.

What I love about conferences: stimulating out-of-the-box thinking & new ideas! Really interesting virtual #AOM2022 symposium about #AI as a #team member - a future that is closer than you think… love what we can learn from science fiction @FlorianKlonek @WeTransformWork

@KaiSassenberg Totally agree with you. I honestly couldn't believe it when they gave us that response. I guess the reviewers don't realize (understandably) that there is still work to be done for them.

@m_fladerer This points to another severe issue: Editors need to make decisions w/o consulting reviewers of the issues are clearly voiced in the preceding round because reviewers are a scarce resource. This would have solved your problem.

I have a student who is interested in Sports Psychology, about which I know extremely little. Who are the researchers I should connect with? Thanks!
