@Ben_Wilkinson_ in today's article re. NS&I, you refer to poor HMRC customer service. I was recently alerted to my new 26/27 tax code. When I accessed my online account I was appalled to see that my 2 years previously settled accounts were showing tax still owed. System glitch?

@ITVX Dear @ITVX , why is it so difficult to remove programmes and series from the continue watching list? These can be both fully watched programmes or those commenced but disinclined to finish for whatever reason. Other channels make this easy. Why not you? It's very messy.

@bbcweather the new version of the bbc weather app is terrible. Cumbersome and awkward with swiping right etc. Difficult to know where you are on the app. Bring back the old one.

@AsdaServiceTeam What is the purpose of the Asda Rewards app? For months now I have scanned it to no purpose. As a loyalty tool it is completely useless. I have given up. Thumbs down 👎.

@SthStaffsWater You urgently need to attend to the overgrown trees and bushes on Highland Road Dudley, emerging from the reservoir on Limepit Lane. They are encroaching on the pavement and impeding pedestrians.

@duolingo the new energy system, replacing hearts, really sucks. It impedes learning. You lose energy even it you answer 100% correct. The incentive to learn effectively disappears before your eyes. Whoever thought of this "enhancement" needs their brain examined. You're welcome.
