Here is some GREAT news. Kim Foxx has been named, again, a defendant in a lawsuit filed by a CPD. The suit was filed by Sgt. Chris Liakopoulos. Foxx is facing, amongst other charges, deprivation of liberty, civil rights violations, and malicious prosecution.
