@TFIupdates I'm aware of what the fares are to be, I just don't understand why the leap top-up app isn't setup to allow me to buy the new monthly/annual tickets. We've known about 28th April fare changes for a long time now. The cost will be to the customer.

@TFIupdates I was charged maximum at the Leap tap-on. Can the relevant department please advise why the leap tap-on has been updated to reflect my increased fare but the options for customers haven't been updated properly? It's not good enough.

@lawlessj I assume you're making similar representations on behalf of commuters in Sallins & Naas? Service excellent to 26th August and now unrecognizable for both punctuality (no train has been to schedule for me) and ease of use (mess of changing in Connolly vs. GCD direct).

The Sallins commuter has fallen apart since 26th August and it is very difficult to understand why.

@lawlessj Thank you. This mornings example, it's difficult to understand how trains that started in Portlaoise, Newbridge and Athone can be so delayed when prior to 26th August there was no issue. We're a long way from Connolly and the supposed timetable improvements.

In the Dail today, I raised the entirely unacceptable issue of altered timetables for Irish Rail customers, resulting in an unpredictable & unreliable service for the north county. An Taoiseach has committed to raising it with Minister Ryan and the NTA.
