I am appalled to read about the abduction of a toddler at the Meikles Mall in ⁦@CityofBulawayo⁩ . If you see this child or have any information about the child’s whereabouts please contact ⁦@PoliceZimbabwe⁩ urgently.

We look like shitty people when we complain about the service we receive at some Bulawayo establishments. Today we came to Hartsfield and chilled for some time. Later we are told we are supposed to spend $100 to sit at a table. I asked them where we can sit if we don't want to book a table and the waitress told us to sit outside next to the Car Wash. Mind you, there's no sitting space there. We told her we'll finish our round and leave. Only for one of the waitresses to come and collect beers we hadnt finished drinking (without saying anything). We ask to see the manager and the manager tells us he's busy he can't talk to us, he's at the till. Ayi iBulawayo sometimes

My husband is the best thing that ever happened to him. He’s a leader just like Christ instructed, a listener, a lover and a goal getter. He believes in me even in the moments I don’t believe in myself, pushes me to be better everyday and so intentional about my growth. God indeed prepared him specifically for me and I won big time. Love you till Jesus comes baby 🥰. This is how I will write it when I get married 🌝.

Losing a mother is one of the things you can never get over. My mum died 23 years ago and for a long time in my dreams she was still alive. Up to now especially when I find myself in a challenging situation, I subconsciously ask myself what she would say to me. She would say things like Kasi hauna mawoko meaning kuti don’t rely on anyone, do not be complacent, look for other means to get a breakthrough. There are many lessons she taught me such as when she constantly told me kuti ita zvako munhu usavimbe nezvinhu zvenhaka. I saw my siblings beefing on our mum’s house, I didn’t get involved because I have my own houses. One of the most important other thing was the importance of discipline, many people wont outwork me. Yesterday I woke up before 5am to work, my wife later asked me if I didn’t feel cold, I didn’t because I had work a lot of work to do. In my adult life I started thanking my mum for how she prepared me for this harsh world apa when I was young I would wonder if she was my real mother because she was so tough on me yet it was clear she loved me. From grade 4 she would tell me hapana munhu anofanirwa kubudirwa nezuva arere, as an adult it helped me not to be lazy. Whenever there is work I am ready for the challenge. My mum would tell me that if another child could do it then I could also do it because there is nothing special about other kids. When I ran my first Comrades Marathon in 2015 my final motivation was if others could do it, then I could also do it. Please continue healing but the best way to honour her memories is living your life according to the values she instilled in you. I was asking myself how did I turn up to be my mother 🤣🤣🤣

How much was your first pay and how did you have your first $1000 dollars ? -My first pay was $300 as a Graduate trainee and as you can predict it’s impossible to then save $1000 usd from this money -The money would be easily be consumed with bills, that is transport, food and other small living expenses such as clothes and outings. -So l said let’s play a round,(mukando)where all the 10 Graduate trainees agreed to sacrifice $100 each per month. -So l said since you all thinking what to do with your money start by giving me the $100 -So l received $900 from friends then another $100 which was mine so l got my first $1000. -Mind you this is not my money lol so l said since l got this one let me make a plan, -So l restocked my printing materials and l started printing Tshirts and hoodies since l now had stock,l will use an average of $15 per hoodie and then sell them at $20. -Gues what my first clients were my workmates and fellow GTs -Then l expanded to church mates and other people in my contact list until almost everyone had a personalised hoodie for themselves and their loved ones. -So l will make enough to cover the $100 per month. -Some say round will never work but l do not agree if you find people in the same level with you and with same focus as you have you can achieve a lot! -Trust me once you start raising your first thousand, the next one is fairly easy, this is so true and l pray that one day we will be able to do something with what we have. -We all have excuses the money we get is not enough but some got their first $1000 with that same amount of money. -It is my hope that one day we will get this concept that l always encourage you start where you are and build from there!

Stop sending long paragraphs & messages explaining how you feel, just don't say anything. I've learned that it doesn't matter what you say, if they don't care they just don't. And nothing you say will change that. Keep your guard up. Don't waste your time & energy.

#DoYouSometimesGetTooMuchFreeTime I worked in a call center for 13 years and I earned a performance based salary. I got to understand that whenever I had too much free time that month I wouldn’t earn a great salary. Time is a finite resource use it wisely. You should study, exercise, grow your business, spend time with your loved ones etc. There is a bit of stress that comes with being busy, I love that stress, manage your time better because time is money.

It’s the little things that leads to Character Development and success! -When visitors came to our place kumusha we knew today we are sleeping in the kitchen, that was not a negotiation -No one will sleep after sunrise 😂yaiita hondo -If you are sent to do shopping you will bring change home to the last cent or otherwise 😂 -You would not speak while elders are still speaking, -You would not seat while an elderly person is standing, However, with the advent of internet and people just wake up and start spitting nonsense under the facade of ghost accounts! -Create an early morning routine that helps you become better -Hit the Gymn,go for a run,for a walk e.t.c -Read a book,do online free courses on Udemy,e.t.c -Teach English online e.t.c -Don’t spread negativity, yes speak your mind but not the evil side of it all the time. -Learn to do basic graphic design so that you can make your own little poster, flier e.t.c -Learn to listen without speaking, listening to understand not to respond -Create an honest culture -Create a money making habit like if you enjoy speaking start doing something about it,like l do MC for events and earn good extra income. -You enjoy writing, instead of writing nonsense here, why don’t you try blogging ?writing a book sell it on Amazon ? -Why don’t you buy something and start selling in on the side ? -Some people their relationships will never work becoz they don’t anything else to do -if you try to date them you will suffocate after every 10 minutes hie babe what are you doing nxaaaaa nonsense find a life -Learn a new sport,golf,tennis,e.t.c -Some people don’t even know how to use excel unoona murume mukuru ane 40 years can’t do basic table with details on excel but they will be here busy commenting nonsense wasting data -We still have people who can’t even write a proper CV,like Mumwe gave me a CV and l told them fix a.b.c and send it back -Dude said will send back tomorrow,l am going to ask my brother anogona zvemaCV to edit for me,😳munhu ane degree -Some have a small business kasina plan of development or growth -Let me tell you something vanhu vakapedza kutenga zvekukunzwira tsitsi uchaona moto, sympathy sales will soon end!

How l quit my job to focus on my business ? -My job was regional finance assistance working for an NGO -So l would fly in and out of the country because l was partly responsible for our offices in SA,Swaziland etc -My salary was not bad at all,you know as long you have USDs in Zim you will be cool. -I would give my time to my work to the extend that at some point this was hotel bed at 1 A.M in Swaziland -I would spend 90% of day doing work -My side hustle however, would give me 80% of my income -I stayed at my job for almost 4 years for 2 reasons -The first reason being l had a very good boss who supported me and secondly,l was afraid to leave my stable job. -I told my wife one month after l married her that l was quitting my job -To convince her that it was a good idea,l showed her the numbers and it made sense for me to focus on my side hustle. -Crazy thing she wrote me my resignation letter. -Quitting at the moment helped me align my business and grow it more because now l had no option it was either l make it or mwana wevanhu anofa nenzara. So my advice to those thinking about quitting. 1) Do the maths first 2)Have a supportive partner and show them the numbers 3)Build first your business until it makes sense to sustain you before you quit 4)If you love corporate world like l do once you set up your business to run on its own go back to work.
