AFTER TWO WEEKS OF HARASSMENT, FLIPKART CANCELLED MY ₹1.43 LAKH LAPTOP WHILE I WAS STILL ON A ONE-HOUR SUPPORT CALL. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport @consaff @jagograhakjago @NCH1915 @PIBConsumerFood @barandbench @LiveLawIndia @BandBajaateRaho @_Kalyan_K I am beyond angry. For more than two weeks, I repeatedly confirmed that I wanted the order. I selected “Want Order” every time. I confirmed my availability. I kept the exchange laptop ready. I told Flipkart clearly that even if an exchange executive was unavailable, I was ready to pay the legitimate exchange amount and receive the new laptop. I also told the social-media team: At least confirm the correct amount in writing, inform the hub, and I will personally go there and collect the laptop. Still, nobody coordinated anything. The calls shown in my call history were not random calls made by Flipkart on their own. I repeatedly used the Flipkart app and requested to speak to an executive. After I raised the callback request, their executives called me. I spent hours explaining the same issue again and again. On the final day alone, I was on one support call for more than an hour and kept on hold for over 45 minutes. While I was still speaking to their executive and explaining that I wanted the order, was ready to pay the exchange amount, and was willing to collect it from the hub, Flipkart cancelled the order. What kind of system is this? Why repeatedly ask: “Do you still want the order?” I answered yes every time. Why ask: “Are you ready to pay the exchange amount?” I said yes. Why tell me: “Wait another 24–48 hours?” I waited. Why assign specialists, backend teams, social-media teams and grievance officers if nobody can prevent the order from being cancelled? Customer care failed. Ekart failed. The hub failed. The exchange coordination failed. The social-media team failed. The grievance escalation failed. Then Flipkart cancelled the order while I was still trying to resolve it. I paid ₹1,43,685. The EMI process had already started. I lost more than two weeks of my life chasing this order. My work suffered. My deadlines suffered. My family time suffered. My personal life suffered. My mental peace was destroyed. I repeatedly postponed plans, remained available until 11 PM, kept the exchange laptop ready, visited the hub, raised callback requests through the app and explained the same issue to multiple executives. And after all that, Flipkart cancelled the order. Now I am being asked to wait again for the refund and EMI closure. This is not customer service. This is complete failure, harassment and disregard for a customer’s time, money and dignity. Consumer-rights experts and lawyers, please guide me: How do I file an e-consumer complaint? What evidence should I attach? How should I claim reasonable compensation for: mental agony; loss of time; disruption to work and family life; repeated misleading delivery updates; unanswered grievance escalations; cancellation despite repeated “Want Order” confirmations; cancellation while I was still on a support call; and the financial impact of EMI and delayed refund? Two weeks of harassment. More than 40 support calls and callback requests. One-hour calls with long hold times. Repeated “Want Order” confirmations. Ready to pay the exchange amount. Ready to collect from the hub. Still, Flipkart cancelled the order. ₹1,43,685 paid. Two weeks lost. Order cancelled. Mental peace destroyed. #Flipkart #Ekart #ConsumerRights #ConsumerComplaint #CustomerHarassment #OrderCancelled #DeliveryFailure #ExchangeFailure #MentalAgony #GrievanceFailure #EMI #RefundDelay #ConsumerCourt #EcommerceIndia #Bengaluru #JusticeNeeded

@flipkartsupport Sorry, but I won't be deleting anything or continuing this over DMs. From today, everything will be public so everyone can see the "amazing" customer service @Flipkart provides. Fun fact: I already reached out via DM on 14th, 15th, and 16th July. May I post those screenshots?

@JioCare I have been facing calling issue for long time now, had enough already, very poor customer service. Agents leave chat session without any notice and what else. Have to come on twitter to get help.
