I want to thank everyone who reached out for your kindness, compassion and condolences. It’s very meaningful and don’t think it’s gone unnoticed and unappreciated. I’m feeling a way I’ve never felt before in my whole life. A way that basically trivializes all other experiences. So intensely something that I don’t know what it is. Yet, at the same time, so very numb. I saw the stupid blocking thing and decided to lock my account because of how vulnerable I am right now. Under a microscope, I’m bound to put the pyg in pygmalion and I don’t need any of the red tape I’ve set up peering through the frosted glass to see me in my hour of chaos. I can tell you all now: I have never cared less about things, I have never felt more raw and more unfiltered, and I’m working on trying to find myself through this fog of uninhibited cruelty I feel. Mostly, I think, because of the WAY he died. And how I was hog tied down and disallowed to do anything for him and being a literal ocean apart from him and never being able to see him because of both location and expense. There are the classic feelings too, obviously and many others which I can’t identify. So I’m just trying to be as quiet and kind to myself as possible so that I don’t do any damage to anyone or anything because I think there’s a risk that I could. Typically speaking, I’m a passionate advocate who tries to do the best for people, etc etc, yada yada, but watching this whole thing unravel, KNOWING I could have done something, begging to have been more involved and being told to mind my business every time I asked questions as though the health and wellness of my own father was not my business, ruins me to an extreme that has doesn’t have an English definition. Maybe German has one. I don’t know. After all, they have an entire Aria named Songs for the Death of Children (Kindertoten Leider), so it might be the very place to start. Anyways, I’m grateful to everyone for your understanding at this time and I want you to know that I’m just trying to sustain friendships and maintain the integrity of my advocacy so that the work I do is something I can continue doing genuinely and sincerely without being distracted or fighting the urge to be… whatever the thing is I feel I’m becoming. With kindness and appreciation and affection ❤️
