Today is the birthday of a Hero of Ukraine executed by Russian inhuman monsters after saying, “Glory to Ukraine.”
We must remember not only the Heroes of the past, but also those who, right now, have become symbols of the Ukrainian nation.
Oleksandr Matsievskyi was exactly such a Hero. Looking his executioners in the eyes, he did not kneel, did not beg for mercy, did not lower his gaze, and did not raise his hands in surrender. With courage and dignity, he said: “Glory to Ukraine.”
His final words became a symbol of resistance and the fight for freedom. And the whole world learned about this act of bravery only because the enemy themselves recorded both their crime and Oleksandr’s heroism on video.
There are thousands of such Warriors among Ukrainians. It is thanks to the courage, resilience, and self-sacrifice of these fighters that Ukraine continues to resist and remains free.
Eternal memory to the Hero.
Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦

May 10 is the birthday of Hero of Ukraine Oleksandr Matsievskyi, a Ukrainian warrior who became a symbol of unwavering courage and resilience. His last words were, “Slava Ukraini!” Then the russians ruthlessly gunned him down.
I do not think the russians who executed this hero realized what they had done. They wrote Oleksandr Matsievskyi’s name into the books of history.
By executing this Ukrainian hero, the russians fueled the fire that is already consuming them and will consume them entirely. That fire is the Ukrainian will to fight for freedom and for survival.
For Ukrainians, dying with dignity is more important than living as slaves. To die with dignity… to know that your last moment has come and to make the decision to leave with dignity… to go on your own terms… to go with the words on your lips that you chose yourself… to take your last breath, take your time, say “Slava Ukraini!” and die…
I used to think that only heroes in movies died like that. Now the whole world knows what dignity is - the true dignity of a real Ukrainian hero.
Glory to all who are fighting the russian evil in the form of the russian federation.
Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦

💔 In one of his last conversations, he told his mother: “Mom, you will still be proud of me.”
As if he somehow foresaw his fate…
Oleksandr Matsievskyi would have turned 46 today. But in 2022, he was heroically killed near Soledar.
His final words are forever etched into the memory of Ukrainians:
“Glory to Ukraine”… 🇺🇦

Dr. Deborah Birx starts to laugh and suggests that we need to begin testing the population for hantavirus with PCR testing, similar to what was done during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She says there could be more human-to-human transmission occurring and that they should be tracking viruses with blood tests like PCR.
She also suggests testing in schools and universities is a good idea.
“We know how to deal with these viruses. We just need to move into the 21st century and make testing more widely available.”
