I will note that no such news has been shared about the same co’s print papers in Delta, Richmond and North Van. The difference? Those aren’t union papers, TC, Bby. and NW are. #newspapers #journalism

Terrible, sad #newspaper news: I’m told my old paper, The Tri-City News, will deliver its final print edition next week. Same for Bby. Now and NW Record. Staff were told yesterday — VIA EMAIL. The “papers” will apparently deliver news online only. Staffing? Unknown. Fuuuuu-
