Both sets of players watch the ref, so why didnt the shels players stop too ? Because everyone knows you always play the whistle.
This clown needs to leave the ego at the door and start his best 11 in the big games like last night instead of worrying about the ref.

@GaryWhite1997 @ocordito Sure we had Grace sent off for heading the ball against you. It is what it is. The refs aren't top level. Bit early for PoTS tbh. I know you like to celebrate league wins in April but best to wait I think. Duffy will be up there. Tierney only if you played us every week.

@macconville @ocordito I was laughing 🤣🤣🤣. But it still should have been a red. Same ref will give a red for less next week - consistency is a shambles with most of our refs. On the positive Tierney and Duffy looking already like the two stand out players going for player of the season.

@LOIFantasyF Danny Grant is naturally a winger. But can play LM/RM if needed. Rovers seem to play him most commonly at RWB Who pushes up high and cuts inside. Defender? No. Midfielder? 👍 Attacker when in possession

@hfryF74872 @McDonnellDan @IndoSport Clarke, Farrugia and Lyons all suffered bad injuries almost immediately. Cotter wasn't much use even at Rovers. Burns isn't really a wingback and didn't dominate the LoI. I get what you're saying but they aren't great examples. Honohan is more durable so has a better chance.

@McDonnellDan @IndoSport None of Rovers full/wing back sales in the 2020s to League One/Two have pushed onto higher leagues: T Clarke, Lyons, Farrugia, Cotter, Burns.
Hopefully Honohan breaks that trend.
When they dominate here & struggle in the 3rd tier abroad it speaks to where our standard is at
