@British_Airways returned to UK on direct flight 10 days ago but my wife and baby’s bag did not. We have been given no update from BA despite phoning everyday, and us telling BA the exact location of our bags via AirTags. Incredibly disappointed at BA service. What can be done?

@British_Airways I’ve updated everything I can in the lost luggage section and called the helpline everyday to be told ‘a message has been sent to the airport team’. This simply isn’t progressing things. Is their nothing more that can be done? I can see the bags are there!
