This year, the Luzerne County Courts celebrated #ConstitutionDay by honoring winners of their Student Essay & Poster Contest, held in partnership with the Luzerne Intermediate Unit. With over 150 submissions, Judge Rogers and her colleagues hope to make this an annual tradition!
