Coming Soon: Siri with Personal Context This is THE Apple Intelligence feature to look out for. In early 2025 Siri will get Personal Context, a huge semantic index that allows it to access every part of your device. Siri will understand who you are and what you’re doing, allowing it to assist you in obscure and personal aspects of your life such as “when should I leave to meet my mother at the Airport”. Siri will understand who your mother is, when her flight arrives (using messages and emails) and assess traffic information to the airport on your behalf. Moreover, with App Intents, Siri will be able to CONTROL your device on your behalf. It will be able to edit photos on your behalf, or paste images into specific documents. THIS is Apple’s vision for an AI assistant, and it will only keep getting better from here.

Private Cloud Compute (PCC) Unlike other tech companies that merely promise security with a “trust me bro” model, Apple developed a billion-dollar cloud infrastructure JUST for Apple Intelligence and its user privacy. Private Cloud Compute uses Apple’s own custom AI silicon that runs a custom OS. An image of PCC servers is available to independent security experts with a bounty of $1,000,000 to anyone who discovers a security flaw. These PCC servers actually have ZERO persistent storage so no user data is stored, unlike other AI companies which make no such promises.

@theapplehub The critical issue is the price in each market, especially during the tariff wars. US prices can be double the prices in the rest of the world. But Apple likely won’t do it that way.
