The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it 💭

@OmolewaAbraham Even though they're married, the issue is that these people are typically struggling to give themselves or their kids comfortable lives. A good amount of them can't even afford some basic needs or education for their family.

Shell Nigeria runs a competitive graduate program that receives 30,000 - 50,000 applications yearly yet they only accept 6 - 10 candidates. Just because they aren’t screaming about it doesn’t mean something isn’t happening. Can you tell me why only 6 - 10 applicants qualify from 5,000 people? Again, we need to have serious discussions devoid of emotions.

@General_Oluchi But over 500 roles and could not find Nigerians to fill them? To fill any of them or spell of them? If he could not find any Nigerian to fill even a role out of over 500, then he is not being real.

@madbysamad @Obiora_41 @JORMUNGAND_rr It's wrong because instead of increasing egg quality and quantity as you put it before, it's actually decreasing the quality of the eggs in exchange for a longer fertile window. Doesn't matter if eggs can stay longer in the ovaries when they'll just go bad nonetheless.

I'm confused as to why this is causing so much issue. If you can't pay more than a certain rate, go hire people who are willing to work within that payment structure. There's no need trying to force people into bringing down their rates based on what you feel they should earn.

@madbysamad @JORMUNGAND_rr It's pretty simple the way I already put it, unless you want me to get technical and nothing about technical issues simple + I'd have to refer you to an expert; a gynecologist.

@madbysamad @Obiora_41 @JORMUNGAND_rr The defect issue is not solved by the procedure, lol. If anything, it can be argued that it worsens it, esp when you understand why birth defects occur in older women. So yeah, it is a bit of a waste.

@lonekingdeos @Obiora_41 @JORMUNGAND_rr One, most older women bodies are built enough for that shit. In 2026, there's multiple ways to carry and have children without excess strain on the body. Plus, the defects issue is solved by the procedure as it would increase egg quantity and quality at older ages. Two, it's not.

@madbysamad @Obiora_41 @JORMUNGAND_rr One, increasing the reproductive chance for women who are on the older side is not a good thing. Their bodies aren't built enough for that shit, plus there's a significant increase in birth defects amongst children with older mothers. Two, it's a waste of time and resources.

@Obiora_41 @JORMUNGAND_rr Plus, menstruating once every 3 months rather than every month is convenient for a lot of women who suffer from heavy menstrual stress. And it's not even compulsory, it's for people who want to undergo it just like any other medical breakthrough.

@Obiora_41 @JORMUNGAND_rr Why wouldn't you want to do that? You're skipping over the fact that it would increase the reproductive chance for women who want to have kids later in life (35yrs+) And this method would reduce the amount of times the average woman would menstruate in a lifetime.
