I could never understand how Titans correlated with Tennessee. Tennessee is a great state, but their choice of football team name always seemed odd. Their college team took Volunteers which is kick ass, but they could have picked something better for their NFL team. Tennessee Terror. Tennessee Doubleshots (an ode to their whiskey and could also refer to a cowboy past), Tennessee Smoke (Smokey Mountains), Tennessee Gamblers (references history and I think the name of the Memphis USFL team loooong ago), ....I could go on... They aren't all good, but they're all better than Titans.

The worst nicknames in the NFL? A couple of these make sense only because they have existed for 100 years. If you named a team the Packers, Browns or Bills today, people would be confused. What other would you add to the list?

This whole line of argument is so insane. America bought Alaska fair and square. We got Texas & California by the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo PLUS WE ALSO PAID MEXICO FOR THE LAND.
Now activists want it back. What manner of obtaining land is acceptable to this type of pea-brain?
Also it's not like Alaska & California were Russia's & Mexico's by birthright - they were conquered by Russia & Spain first. So if conquest in those cases is okay, then it's okay for us too.

@danielznelson @PaulMSherman To me, the real question is how does this affect laws against doctors espousing quackery. Because that strikes me as on the speech side of the speech-conduct distinction. And SCOTUS seems to not want to evaluate if medical speech is "false".
