@InnPremierdesck Have already DM you twice, no response!!!! I booked Albert Dock 9 MONTHS AGO for this weekend. 3 days ago you cancelled me, moved me to WIDNES. Told me 4 times hotel CLOSED due to flooding. It's NOT! You got a better/group booking. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

@premierinn you make the decision to cancel a bkg made 9 MONTHS ago. I contacted call centre & hotel directly 3 times, every time to be told WHOLE hotel is CLOSED due to flooding. It wasn't & isn't. Why was I consistently lied to? Today told you got block booking! Disgusting

@premierinn I sent details as requested But bottom line, despite bkg the hotel 9 months ago, I was cancelled this week, 4 days before arrival, told by both hotel & call centre closed due to flooding. IT ISN'T Contacted hotel this morning, informed by staff you got BETTER BOOKING

And to top it all, complaints form can only be completed AFTER stay!!!! Advice on website say contact hotel directly if before stay..... Well I would if anyone answered the phone. Absolute disgrace!!!!

@bookingcom why are you allowing so many properties to do 'Request accommodation'? Have tried to book over 20 apartments in London for next weekend. NOT ONE HAS REPLIED!!! Your T&Cs state 'all our bookings are instant with a few clicks' NO THEY'RE NOT!!!!

Really disappointed that this information isn't updated at least daily. Information that's 24 hours old isn't that helpful especially when you are a NATIONAL MUSEUM. Why isn't Information updated every morning? A very expensive and wasted day, with very disappointed children!!
