@yisusandrew507 @blancxbt RSR was bought throughout 2019 and exited in March of 2021. As outlined frequently at that time across my feed. Most of profits were put into AMP before it started to run that cycle.

$ASST warrants at $27 = temporary wall at $27. If we get a proper blow off top, we will blow past that wall. Otherwise, expect ASST to trade at or below $27 for a few months at some point. If you are a shareholder, just keep HODLing. If you have ASST LEAPS, there is a risk of your LEAPS expiring worthless if the selling pressure persists for some time.
Zynx@ZynxBTC

How dilutive are the $ASST warrants at $27 for common shareholders? Let's have a look. Strive currently holds 15,390.7 Bitcoin on its balance sheet with zero debt and $524.44M of SATA preferred outstanding, giving an amplification ratio of 44%. The stock trades at $18.21, a 1.45x premium to its Bitcoin NAV of $1.19B, one of the highest in the space. There are 26,594,435 warrants sitting at a $27 strike price. The stock needs to rise 48.3% before a single one gets exercised. Keep that in mind. When those warrants are exercised, Strive collects $717,949,745 in fresh cash. At $85,000 Bitcoin that purchases 8,447 BTC, taking the treasury from 15,390.7 to 23,837.7 BTC. Yes, the share count grows from 73,537,163 to 100,131,598, a 36.1% increase. On the surface that looks painful for common shareholders but the maths looks a lot better. Pre-exercise each basic share represents 20,929 satoshis. Post-exercise each share represents 23,806 satoshis, a 13.7% improvement. The accretion is larger than the dilution. Now look at what happens to the credit structure. If SATA stays fixed at $524.44M while Bitcoin NAV jumps from $1.19B to $2.03B, the amplification ratio falls from 44.0% to 25.9%. In reality, SATA issuance will likely be significantly higher by the time the warrants are exercised so the amplification ratio may not fall that far in practice. This is why Strive are in no rush to issue common equity right now. The warrants will do the heavy lifting for now. Strive has zero debt, a growing Bitcoin treasury, a preferred instrument in SATA that is gaining serious traction and a management team that clearly understands capital structure.

@dmuthuk 2/End Your data feels closer to the ground reality of India. I think the per-capita income would still be under USD 4,000, even after including hidden wealth.👇 x.com/maddyr3ady/sta…

@dmuthuk Rest of India's (98% population) per capita is likely $700.00 after removing high net worth population's (2%) per capita

@dmuthuk 1/x I heard two opposite ends of the spectrum. Someone from the vigilance department told me that Hyderabad alone may have nearly 1 lakh households worth INR 100+ crores (including unaccounted wealth.)

I've been doing these kind of wealth and income calculations for nearly two decades. Once upon a time I used to write blogs. I used to share lot of such data and facts. In India, it is not easy to get reliable data. Things have improved a lot over the years due to many reputed private institutions working on such information. I know I can never be fully accurate. But I'm very confident that I'm approximately correct. Try challenging and disprove the details I share. The more you work on it, you would realise I got the broader picture right.

I don't even know how to trade in derivatives. Never felt the need to learn. In fact, except cash settlement in buying and selling, me and my wife have disabled every other option in our securities accounts. No demat transaction slips. No enabling of option of electronic transfer of securities from demat account. For nearly last 3 decades, same demat account with just buying and selling of shares. Nothing more.

@maddyr3ady Short term (a week or two) we could see liquidity drain, over that timeframe extremely bullish as everyone starts looking at the peers and profits starts moving around to cheaper names.

What started as a passion for space investing has grown into an incredible community of 50,000+ people. Thank you for the support, the conversations, the ideas, and for being part of this journey. We are still in the early innings of the space economy. Here’s to more research, more learning, and more growth ahead together. This is just the beginning. 🚀 Thank you 🙏

@SpaceInvestor_D How do you think the space sector behaves once the SpaceX IPO goes live? Does the momentum continue in $RDW, $LUNR, and $RKLB, or does the hype eventually fade? What's your short-term vs long-term view on the sector post–SpaceX IPO mania?

I am a huge fan of Elon. What he has built at Tesla and SpaceX is extraordinary. But I will not buy SpaceX on IPO day. A lot of the early hype will not come from price discovery. It will come from private holders trying to turn their rare early access into massive premium, and retail will most likely end up paying extra for that excitement. No disrespect to a16z or Ark. I respect their work, their access, and their legacy. But let’s be honest, when they are already sitting on private shares, the enthusiasm is not exactly neutral. SpaceX IS the greatest space company ever built. That does not automatically make it the best risk reward on IPO day. If you believe in the space supercycle, I think the cleaner 100x opportunities may still be in the shadows, in companies building critical infrastructure rather than owning the headline. Names like $ASTS, $RKLB, $RDW, $LUNR, $VOYG, and maybe others, could offer more upside because they are earlier in their operating and valuation curves. I get the bull case for SpaceX. I really do. I'm still dreaming about humanity becoming multiplanetary, that's why I invest in Space in the first place. The idea of Optimus robots mining the Moon, autonomous factories in orbit, and mass drivers launching rare earth minerals across the solar system sounds like science fiction becoming reality. And honestly, nobody has pushed that future forward more aggressively than Elon and SpaceX. I just think the next big multiple expansion in space may be easier to catch in the builders still under the radar than in the Goliath everyone already wants to own.

Obviously I have no idea what Strive / $ASST have planned for us tomorrow. At this point, it's been a good marketing ploy because we're all talking about it. Apparently it is "world changing". If it's not M&A and not the STRC/SATA ETF, than what is it? Give your best guess.
Zynx@ZynxBTC

Strive will announce a big M&A deal tomorrow. It's the only thing that makes sense. The new SATA + STRC ETF is nice but not worth this level of hype. I'm expecting a significant jump in the number of Bitcoin on their balance sheet when all is said and done. Bullish on $ASST.
