11 trips?? Kes 3,100,000,000 ?? In less than 3 months?? As in kes 281,000,000 per trip?? KNH is crying out for help and turning Cancer patients away but 3.1 BILLION to be spent on trips?? Absolutely repugnant!
Daily Nation@NationAfrica

The State Department for Foreign Affairs has been instructed to prepare and facilitate 11 outbound trips by President Ruto between now and June 30, 2026, at a cost of Sh3.1 billion. zurl.co/ztrj2

I should work with Uber locally to develop a delivery service network in urban areas where they operate in Kenya. Pickup Mtaani is very slow. If you work for Uber in Kenya DM I give you my experience as a Pickup Mtaani user and show you how to capitalise on their weakness.

Something unusual and dangerous is happening, and Kenyans should pay attention. Just days after reports emerged that RSF terrorists had been given Kenyan passports illegally, Parliament is now proposing amendments to the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act. The bill reportedly proposes: - Creating an official register for stateless persons living in Kenya. - Removing the time limit for stateless residents to apply for citizenship. - Allowing applicants to demonstrate communication in Kiswahili, a local dialect, or accessible formats for people with disabilities. - Removing the requirement to declare an intention to permanently reside in Kenya. On paper, this may look like a humanitarian move. But it also raises serious questions. Kiswahili is spoken widely across East Africa, in Tanzania, Uganda, and beyond. How will authorities distinguish genuine stateless persons from individuals trying to exploit the system? The current government has also allowed Rsf and M23-sanctioned leaders and terrorists to reside in Kenya. Could this be a way of enabling them to get citizenship? MPs should reject these changes unless the government can clearly prove they will not compromise Kenya’s security and sovereignty.

@StanleyMasinde_ At Roundi(roundi.africa),we’re solving last-mile delivery chaos. Businesses can sign up, add their riders, create smart routes, assign deliveries to each route, and allocate those routes to riders who know them best, making deliveries faster, cheaper, and more reliable.

Delivery in Nairobi is broken for customers. I’ve paid up to 800/- for delivery. Okay it makes sense for high value goods but for something worth 10k, it’s broken. Picture this. You find a nice pair of shoes online. The vendor says 12k and you haggle it down to 11k. “Cool send it over” you say feeling proud that you haven’t embarrassed your lineage by laying full price only for them to tell you that they don’t run delivery and the rider wants 900/- You could go to town and spend that amount of Uber or even Matatu and significantly save but CBD drives you nuts so you pay with a heavy heart. What I think should be done. Categorize deliveries as batched and direct. Batching should be cheaper but the deliveries happen at specific times of day. Like I can pay 100/- for delivery and wait for the 1600hr batch which will go through a lot of neighborhoods before it gets to me. The rider will still make profit because it’s 100/- times all the 4pm deliveries. The second one should be directly to me. This can cost higher and it’s fine. Imagine you’re at a meeting and your laptop charger dies and you need a replacement like yesterday. This is for you. The sad part is that sometimes you pay a premium only for your thing to be batched. Please notice how I did not propose any technology here because tech is an accelerator not the solution.

@PropesaTV All Government officials should only live in the county and constituency and ward they were elected in. That should be the law. Their families should only go to the schools and hospitals there and own homes in those areas. Otherwise watu waache kazi.

Mandera Gov Mohamed Adan Khalif shocked Kenyans after flying to Takaba by chopper, a 3-hour drive from Mandera. As residents begged for water and youths raised funds for bowsers, he spent an estimated Ksh 8M on a 3-day chopper tour, dismissed the crisis, then flew back to Nairobi. That money could have drilled boreholes or supplied water to villages for a month.

Garissa residents, this ambulance is meant to serve you. It has stayed hidden and parked at Greatwall Gardens in Athi River for a long time. While you need emergency services, a public ambulance sits idle far from home.

Test your ads before you spend a single dollar With AI synthetic focus groups you can get feedback instantly A number of studies validate the accuracy (some at 90%) It's so accurate that Shopify just introduced them for CRO For ads they can provide a huge amount of context you'd normally be missing Helping to reduce strategist bias and see how the messaging stacks against your top personas Every ad we produce is going through a focus group before going live in 2026 It's backwards and forward testable which makes tuning straightforward. Method: Phase 1: Digital Ethnography We don’t use generic prompts like "Act like a Mom." Instead, the AI conducts a live "Digital Ethnography" study. It scrapes Reddit threads, Trustpilot reviews, CRM, forms, etc. to find Behavioral Signals. It then maps these behaviors to the Big 5 (OCEAN) Personality Traits & MBTI Result: A statistically calibrated "Digital Twin" of your actual customer. Phase 2: The Cognitive Simulation Agent A (System 1 - The Gut): Simulates the amygdala. It reacts in <0.5 seconds. Does the ad stop the scroll? Is it confusing? It gives a raw, visceral reaction. Agent B (System 2 - The Logic): Simulates the prefrontal cortex. It slows down. Does the offer make sense? Do I trust this brand? It critiques the logic. Agent C (The Method Actor): This agent adopts the specific Voice & Tone of the persona. It uses their slang, their fears, biases and the rest of the personality variables to synthesize the feedback. Phase 3: The Verdict (The "Score") We calculate a Blended Resonance Score Weighted by the persona’s specific psychology. High Neuroticism persona? Safety and trust triggers are weighted higher. High Openness persona? Visual novelty is weighted higher. This is just the start of a new era of ad optimization. We'll see win rates go up through 2026 with tools like this.

We won’t forget. The names, the faces, the moments of courage and loss are forever etched in Kenya’s history. They remind us of the price people paid for speaking up, for demanding dignity and for refusing silence. Memory is power. It keeps injustice from being rewritten. It keeps accountability alive. And it fuels our resolve to keep pushing for a country where rights are respected, lives are protected and justice is not selective. #MapinduziKE
