It also gives a solid look at the costume we’re giving our boy.
Not quite his 90’s suit, it’s more a combo of details from all my favorite Flash looks with some small updated tweaks.

@GunnerDobbins Agreed. People are just too hung up on the idea that “The Flash should be too fast for them”. Their general shtick is to operate as a group in order to slow down the Flash long enough to get away with the loot. Like a less murderous Sinister Six imo.

So essentially: Bruce is angry here because (due to a person targeting cape families in a event) the culprit hired Boomerang without telling who this guy is, and Boomerang killed Robin's dad. And Bruce is trying to blame Wally because it’s his bad guy.
