Sometimes kids come to school to learn. Sometimes kids come to school to be loved. Many times kids come to school for both.

I can’t get over the fact that Indigenous water and land protectors are ALWAYS met with police violence yet this trucker convoy, which has brought out white supremacists, is being not only allowed but widely celebrated. Thanks, Canada, for further proving how unloved we are.

@kellywchris Grenfell High Community School! Finished up my internship with them at Christmas and started my job there on January 3rd. I am so happy I get to spend a full year working with and continuing to learn from everyone at the school

@KamilleLech @kellywchris I find it so hard at times to separate what I can control from what I can’t. When I do take the time (often with prompting by other staff members and some friends) to identify what I can control it leaves me feeling so much lighter #saskedchat

A4: remind myself that I am doing my best, just like everyone else in my school community, and that even if something the day prior didn’t go the way I would have liked, today is a new day and a fresh start #SaskEdChat

A1: I get up, make coffee, relax and read... and then realize I read too long and I'm late and stressed. #SaskEdChat
