@_saah1l @ShiprocketIndia I’ve just started my business & your service is already hurting it. 6 pickups pending for 5+ days, 5 delayed orders & 2 RTOs (one because your agent told the customer my products were “fake”). This means lost money & a ruined brand image. Shitty service

@ShiprocketCare @_saah1l @ShiprocketCare I have shared you the AWBs in your DM, however, its not just about the pickup delays, its about delivery time taken, customer engagement. If I get RTO for any of these orders, I would want to have a refund for the delivery fee and the RTO fee as well.
