As a collector, I don’t think I can promote BoxLunch & Hot Topic anymore. Their customer service team and online policies are terrible… when they mess up by not sending the right qty or anything at all, they mark your record and given I’m a big collector, I buy many things from them. They refuse to fix any damage or missing item/qty issues, especially when they’re at fault. They also state to go to the shipping carrier and resolve the issue with them… the carrier that didn’t open or damage the contents. @BoxLunchGifts & @HotTopic, please fix your issues.
