These sweet girls have been begging to twin all week, so we made it happen today. Fifth grade is seriously the best grade ever!! ✨🥰

At the end of each school day, we share our glimmers ✨ from the day… Today’s glimmer ✨was the excitement this sweet friend of mine felt when she realized we were twinning today. 🥰

Year 5ish and I’m feeling SO good about this one!! Such a successful first day with the SWEETEST group of fifth graders! 🤍✨

We hire teachers for their strengths, yet we fixate on managing their perceived weaknesses. Imagine the impact if we not only identified and celebrated strengths but also created a culture actively nurturing and amplifying them!

Administrators who invest in building relationships with their teachers/ staff tend to have more engaged and committed teams. Engaged teams are more likely to be productive, creative, and loyal.

I am so saddened by the news of @RalphHartnagel3 passing away. I was lucky enough to have been in his classes all through hs. He was such a great teacher who really cared about each of his students & continued cheering us on even outside of his classroom all of these years later.
