This happened to me and seems fake because of the website link and personal number also there was no post booked for me or got any update for me. Have already filed a complaint to cybercrime.

Easy return not easy anymore!! Nowhere mentioned about the return charges and yet charging Rs 50 for each return even though the product is wrong and size is not correct or if i want to exchange the product then too return fees! @Flipkart @flipkartsupport #CustomerServiceFail
