@janni86 @madpaws @madpawsau don't have good online support. my account has been deactivated and I spent an hour trying to get it reactivated. NO one is available on online chat. also had an incident a few years ago for online harassment. probably shouldn't worry about joining again.

To any pet sitter or potential pet sitter interested in looking after dogs/cats. If an incident occurs where a pet guest harms you or your own pets @madpaws won’t do a thing, let alone assist with any medical bills!! Please read the fine print and be safe!!! #petsitting #pets

@madpawsau Problem was, as soon as I sent it the person “Accepted the booking request and confirmed” - which isn’t what I sent. It was confusing, more than anything. It all got resolved.

@madpawsau Yo, I DISLIKE that your "Enquire" feature is actually a way to force a booking (and cancellation fees) by your hosts. I'm enquiring - not booking - when looking at different people to host my floofs.

@steveathon When you send the booking request to the sitter, it is an enquiry if he/she is available to do the job. If you need help in booking a sitter, I'll be happy to help you.
