@madteam3 I can see that but not going on just one but rather two West Coast trips in less than a month is not ideal. Why not SF to LA and then home in one WC trip? Also, why do we need to play the Pirates and Cards right away vs. and NL East rival?

#Mets only play 3 games at home before going on the road including a West Coast trip. I literally am going to see the Mets in Sacramento and LA before Citifield. First time ever for me. Like we play no NL East teams until April 28– just over 1 month after opening day. Crazy.

@Boomer7301956 I took my 2 yr old son (at the time of course,) to his very first game as a Met, where he hit a homer.

@JakeAsman It's all about the amount of games started in College. Fewer than 20 starts usually means bust. But i'll let the Mouge decide if Simpson is worth the risk. I'll be good whatever he decides.

Jets fans, how would you feel if your team stunned the NFL by taking Jeremiyah Love at No. 2?

@ConnorJRogers I love Boston for the Jets, but is he a reach at 16? So many mocks have him going in the last five spots of the 1st round

@TheFFRealist @JakeBrownLive My opinion only has to deal with the lack of trains and the huge crowd that builds up upon trying to get on the train when you're dealing alot of time with drunken people, which can be as bad as the traffic. LOL.I do take the train when I need to, but my preference is to drive.

@madteam3 @JakeBrownLive Still more convenient in my eyes than driving, paying for parking, and having to leave afterwards in traffic, but you’re more than entitled to your opinion.

Remember tomorrow Mets fans…parking is gonna be mayhem. I was told both Citi Field Lot A and B are closed with all the construction going on. Traffic is gonna be insane. Big reason they are promoting taking mass transit is because there will be much less spots this year by stadium to park. So leave early. Parking will also be $50 this year…which is more than a ticket to a majority of games.

@TheFFRealist @JakeBrownLive I would hope another two train tracks would be in the offing as well. If Cohen is going to push the fans into mass transit, then they need another track or two. Having only two tracks is crazy at this point.

@madteam3 @JakeBrownLive Haha. That isn’t on us but I wholeheartedly agree. They’re putting enough money into that area, fixing those planks ought to be an eventuality. 🤜🤛

@star67anonymous @JakeBrownLive I would say LIRR is the best, yes. Take the Port Wash line to Mets-Willets and it’s a short walk from there. I’m just not a huge subway guy.

@JakeBrownLive Well Steve Cohen best be negotiating with the LIRR to add another line and to fix the planks walking from the station to the stadium.

@MLBNow @MLBNetwork Alonso was a selfish gutless loser who cant defend and had he not gotten fortunate against a guy supposedly tipping pitches wouldn’t have been around in 2025. There’s little lost with him.

@MLBNow @MLBNetwork Love how he ignores the facts… Mets weren’t given the opportunity to counter on Diaz, he didn’t wanna be here. On Alonso, we offered him a contract 2 years ago and he declined it. We didn’t wanna go that many years, the total money wasn’t the issue.

@MLBNow Alonzo should have been re-signed. That's all I have to say about that.
