Activer le levier politique et médiatique Enfin, l’entreprise peut jouer la carte de l’influence sur la communication avec une bonne équipe : - mobiliser les investisseurs internationaux et l'opinion locale. - alerter sur le risque pays en RDC, - s’appuyer sur des relais diplomatiques. Objectif : rendre son éviction totale politiquement coûteuse. AVZ fait face à un choix stratégique central : maximiser le contrôle… ou maximiser la valeur.
