Police in Spain say they have "dismantled" a criminal drugs gang led by members of the Lyons family.
The Guardia Civil say they have arrested Steven Lyons, who they describe as the leader of a criminal group that began in Glasgow in the 1990s and became a transnational organisation. The 45-year-old was detained yesterday in the Netherlands after being transferred from Indonesia under a European Arrest Warrant issued by Spanish authorities.
Officers say Operation Armorum has resulted in the arrest of 14 individuals across Spain, Scotland, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates. It involved cooperation between multiple bodies, including Police Scotland and the United States' DEA.
They've released footage of raids they carried out last week, mainly on the Costa del Sol and in Barcelona.

A Scottish grandmother posted the following today, and the whole incident has sickened me.
"This is my grandson, Lucas, being attacked by a gang of Asian youths.
Lucas attends BELLAHOUSTON ACADEMY in Glasgow.
Lucas is 12 and from the day he started at this school, he has been bullied for being white and little bit overweight plus he is tall for his age.
Lucas has ADHD and a degree of Autism.
These youths are from his school and are older.
They told him they will Rape, Stab or Shoot his mother.
They are terrorising the whole area and have been for around a year. We have now involved the Police, Media and written to the Board of Education.
He is terrified to go back to school, Lucas is the kindest boy you could ever wish to meet.
This has to stop".

The Labour Party candidate in Gorton and Denton is backed by Pakistani gangsters, Islamists and Rape Gang apologists.
Her campaign team includes those who have direct affiliations with convicting criminals, including the getaway driver of a cop killer and a convicted kidnapper who tortured his victims by inserting a broomstick in a young man’s anus and filming what took place.
Perhaps someone should write a letter to Angeliki Stogia and call on her to reject her supporters. The difference with Matt Goodwin being, unlike him, Stogia openly endorses figures like Arooj Shah.

All the evidence suggests you don't, judging by GMPs actions during your tenure as Mayor & your response to my ongoing complaints to the IOPC (& yourself) re GMP senior officer misconduct, lies, cover up & deceit in my ET proceedings & IOPC investigations! You seem reluctant to confront the issues (& meet with me!)
