The Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, Shri Jishnu Dev Varma, Chaired the 6th Annual General Body Meeting of the Tuberculosis Association of Telangana at Lok Bhavan, Hyderabad. During the meeting, the Hon’ble Governor emphasized the importance of sustained and coordinated efforts to eliminate tuberculosis, highlighting the need for early diagnosis, timely treatment, and increased public awareness. He appreciated the dedicated services rendered by healthcare professionals, volunteers, and stakeholders working towards TB prevention and control in the State.

Cheetahs had got extinct in India for 70 years before the Hon’ble PM and Govt of India decided to reintroduce them with the help of Namibia and South Africa in 2022 in Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh . Project Cheetah was started and a few imported cheetahs were introduced in Kuno. After about 3 years , the cheetah population has grown to 32 . The sight of cheetah cubs in this video reflects progress in habitat adaptation, prey availability, and field-level management by forest and wildlife authorities. It is not only a conservation achievement but also a symbol of India’s commitment to restoring lost ecological heritage. If managed successfully, it may pave the way for establishing a genetically viable and free-ranging cheetah population in India 🇮🇳. It’s such a great sight seeing this 🤗
