@MitchGarver OPS is the outcome of a stud hitter with a strong xwoba. A great hitter without surrounding talent won’t produce runs or RBIs. Of the 10 highest scoring teams in 2021, 9 also had a Top 10 OPS. OPS+ is same but easier to compare across seasons and easily know 100 is league avg.
