I’m now 23.2lbs down and not a single person has noticed. This just kinda just feels sad. I’m tired and cold, my intake slipped down from 600s to 200s-100s real quick. I don’t know anymore.

What’s everyone’s plan for when they reach their goal weight? Like will you keep monitoring your kcal or try and recover? Genuinely curious

okay tried the vanilla premier protein and it is not great so my opinion is vanilla and chocolate taste like ass but the peanut butter chocolate is heaven.
