Overall.. it’s a bit of a hard choice AND DEEPLY DEPENDS ON THE AREA YOU SERVE/DELIVER IN- but I almost- almost would say YES. My mom even said “don’t get a regular job. Just keep doing the deliveries.” There are times when I make hourly- and I’m not joking- more than I would make at an hourly job with this. The low orders and the slow times do super suck. But there’s been times when I get a low offer and get to the location and get handed like $15 bucks for my trouble and gas. And GAS- that super sucks right now. I’d be making more if gas wasn’t so high. AND if I drove a 4 cylinder vehicle- I’m looking into saving to try to buy soon to fix this. However I love this. It’s honestly- outside of the joy I found in streaming- the best “job” I’ve ever had. I love @DoorDash. It’s legitimately a good to the community. Lot of people here don’t have or can’t afford cars. I only just now was able to start using my mom’s car, so I know what it’s like. @DoorDash has very seriously given me my dignity back and the ability to support myself in a way that works for me and my illnesses and chronic pain. Like I said it can be hard but I love it SO much!!! Nice of you to ask :)
