If yes, then it raises even more questions on how TCS allowed such longer leaves for managers that grave complaints of sexual harassment couldn't be addressed

Don't expect Muslims to react or condemn things instantly. There are hundreds of examples where the system has treated Muslims unfairly, with people later found to have been falsely charged. Many of us have lost faith in the system and in people.
