By the way, these are FIRE! I don't have a pic, so use your imagination LOL Been taking them to poker night and keep getting asked for a recipe so I threw on together. No-Bake Layered S’mores Bars Ingredients 2 cups milk chocolate chips 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 jar marshmallow fluff Whole graham crackers Mini marshmallows Granulated kosher salt Instructions Make the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth. First chocolate layer: Pour about half of the melted chocolate into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan. Spread into an even layer and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes, or until set. Marshmallow layer: Spread an even layer of marshmallow fluff over the chilled chocolate. Graham cracker layer: Arrange whole graham crackers over the marshmallow fluff, breaking them as needed to fit the pan. Top chocolate layer: Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the graham crackers and spread evenly to completely cover. Finish: While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle mini marshmallows over the top, followed by a light sprinkle of granulated kosher salt. Gently press the marshmallows into the chocolate if needed so they stick. Chill: Refrigerate (or freeze) until the chocolate is completely firm before cutting into bars. Storage These bars are best kept refrigerated or stored in the freezer. For the cleanest slices, let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting.
