🌟🌟🌟🌟 Syrupy sweet romance. Rival families. Abusive parents for one and couple goals for another. Infertility rep. Parentified eldest daughter. He falls first, and hard. He is so in love that you'll blush reading it. Loved it only for the MMC. He is book boyfriend material.

Why do I feel guilty when rating a book 3 stars?

Picked Chetan Bhagat's 12 years today. It's off to a strong start. As an Indian fiction lover, I had to read it despite the backlash. Excited to see how it turns out. It's wonderful that he attracts both loyalists and hate-readers.

Reading books is like eating your vegetables. Listening to books is like drinking your vegetables. Reading book summaries is like eating vegetable chips.

As a small book account, it makes my day when someone leaves a thoughtful comment. A lady on Goodreads said that my review reminded her of her mum's struggles. This is why I post online! So others can find a book they relate to, and hopefully enjoy it. 🩶

But I get sad sometimes looking at the prices

Dead tired of zero engagement. I come here to talk about the books I've read and it's like talking to a wall. Won't be doing a year in books thread next year. Beats me how people get five-digit followers because I've been trying for years and I'm exhausted.
