i originally tested this concept on @MakeGizmos with a simple "flip to focus" timer. as of today, the proof of concept has over 8k likes with hundreds of comments ranging from "it helped me do my homework" to "i accidentally took a nap"... felt like i was on to something so that lead me to start working on flipphone.co
