@DoorDash how yall deny my refund when the food gave me food poisoning??? Thats crazy

@DoorDash yall lost a customer. I ordered via DoorDash Thursday 7/16 and the food I ordered gave me food poisoning. I reached out & requested a refund sure tf did. How you gonna DENY it? Will cancel my DashPass. Literally cannot believe it. Years of dashing/ dasher done!
