The most crucial part is to keep finding winning formats and what it looks like for you. The paradox is volume to velocity - 1. Number of formats you can test at scale? 2. How much can a single format drive conversion? The data on the above two can help to decide if it makes sense to scale horizontally (adding more creators) or vertically (find more winning format, hooks, etc. ). Both of these, in tandem, can make the system predictable in terms of revenue per creator after a point. But the great amount of success depends on the quality of the creator and your SOP to train every next batch that creates the delta.

last few weeks - have spoken to so so many people who’re doing ugc at scale big companies, agencies, indie builders clear learnings > game of system + management > game of scale > creativity is good but consistency is extremely important > views are not so hard to track but conversion is > research > post at scale > track > improve > great videos that blow out can lead to conversion at incredible cpms it’s not as easy as people shill here on X, but with a proper system and research - it isn’t impossible either

Agentic commerce is dead. Despite ALL the hype from payments companies, agentic commerce isn't happening. Walmart saw a 66% drop in conversion when adding agentic commerce. We shouldn't embed checkouts in chatbots. We should make payments invisible and agent-native.

Agentic finance is not coming. That is not oversight. that is a formality. A founder I spoke to runs a collections business. Their voice agent calls borrowers, negotiates repayment, and settles amounts. No human on the call. Money moves. A neobank I know in US disburses loans automatically the moment KYC clears. Zero human in the loop. The funds just go. This is Tuesday at real companies right now. The problem nobody is solving cleanly yet: When something goes wrong, and it will, nobody can answer three simple questions fast Why did the agent make that decision Who told it to Where is that documented Right now, the honest answer at most places is that someone will dig through logs and figure it out later That is the gap. not the AI. not the regulation. just the trail. Agents will be moving money only with the ability to explain, trace, and audit what they did is not keeping up.

The cost is insane here. $0.50 per minute. That’s $30 an hour. An outsourced human call center worker costs about $0.017 a minute (roughly $1.02/hour). You’re paying a 30x premium to talk to an AI Agent. Everything seems good till it isn't.

Largely a chicken-and-egg problem Won't go deep, but sometimes it is also to optimise for the incumbent mindset that gatekeepers sit on top of. Unfortunately, an ambitious story needs to bring it down to their level of understanding and appetite. Companies like Mercor, Gamma, and Cursor (Early 2023), if someone from India had pitched here, would it manifest at all.

Last year I launched a GLP1 biz as well We did ~$20m in rev in 6 months It's surprisingly easy to setup but ruthlessly competitive because there is virtually no differentiation. Every brand is selling the same stuff. As a result it is a pure marketing arms race, and Medvi was the best. They are known for a few things - Shadowy billing practices - Highest converting lead funnel - Running thousands of AI UGC / Theme Pages When you search Medvi in the Meta Ads library, you'd almost never see something running from their page. They heavily rely on partnership ads, whitelisting and listicles / advertorials. On top of leaning heavily into publisher affiliate (Forbes "Best GLP1 Providers") and TikTok's beta for telehealth. Our funnel was primarily Meta Ads using TikTok Shop style UGC. Worked well til it didn't The customer is very price conscious and as a result, switches between several brands' intro offers. So tons of brands spent into CAC's expecting LTV's that didn't materialize. Huge revenue numbers but not a ton of super profitable companies. Anyways, i've never seen the speed with which we got to $4m/mo in rev. The market was that good. And behind the scenes everyone knew Medvi, Remedy Meds, Amble were doing $300M+ Everything in the article is true and this guy is a dog

In consumer, paid ads generally = lack of true product market fit I have yet to see a generational startup with largely paid ad-driven growth…
