As a concerned citizen, I urge you to take serious notice of the newly established mtag system. People are standing in lines for 6–7 hours during Ramazan, in extreme heat, just to have their aid processed. There is only one cabin and one staff member handling applicants. Each case takes 5–6 minutes, and frequent issues like “server down” or “system update” delays make the situation worse. This is causing immense hardship for the public. Kindly review and improve the process urgently to ensure timely and dignified service for the people of Islamabad. @ICT_Police @dcislamabad @CDAthecapital
